Why drive to campus when there are so many alternatives? Our campus is commuter friendly. We are ready for cyclists, transit riders, and carpoolers. Check out the options.

 

Bicycling

Bike Racks and Lockers

Bike racks are located close to the entrance of each building, along Campus Way, and on the Promenade near LBA.

Bike lockers are available in four locations on campus for current 杏吧原创 and UW Bothell students, faculty, and staff. Rental is $10 per quarter plus a $40 refundable deposit.

To request a bike locker please complete the  and Commuter Services will email you with availability.

Showers and Personal Lockers

Showers and personal lockers are available free for students, faculty, and staff, and are located in LBA, on the First Floor of CC3, and on the Lower Level of CC1. Please bring a lock and use lockers on a same-day basis only.

 

ORCA Pass and Transit

How to Get a Pass

The college subsidizes ORCA passes for students and employees. An individual Pass is $127 per quarter and allows unlimited travel on King County Metro, Community Transit, Sound Transit, Kitsap Transit, Everett Transit, Pierce Transit, the Sounder Commuter train, and Light Rail which currently operates between Seattle and Tukwila. To purchase a subsidized ORCA pass complete the .

The fee to replace a lost ORCA card will cost either $20 or $147 in fees.

  • $20 - This fee defrays the cost of replacing the original U-Pass Powered by ORCA card if lost, stolen or damaged during the same quarter it was purchased in.   
  • $147 - This fee defrays the cost of replacing the original U-Pass Powered by ORCA card if lost, stolen or damaged purchased in previous quarter and service for an upcoming quarter: The breakdown is $127 will be for the new quarter ORCA card bus services and $20 fee will be added for replacing the original card.

Schedule

  • Monitors with schedules are available at the Library
  • Most transit routes operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays
  • Ten transit routes serve the UW Bothell and 杏吧原创 campus making over 400 stops each weekday
